Worst drive thru service ever!! Nearly every time I show up to get a script at the time they say ..I wait in line for 20+ minutes just to be told it’s not ready and to circle around and wait in line again. Get it together CVS!!
RecommendedI’ve recently switched back to CVS, after many years with Walgreens. Customer service had become horrendous at the Walgreens’ stores that I used. When Covid-19 hit- I couldn’t take the extra stress, nor the additional risks caused by running back & forth because they’d screw up our scripts, & then be NO HELP. Delivery is a joke. The web sight has almost no information about but has "Get FREE delivery of Rx & everyday essentials.*" . Look if I have meds that are on auto refill they should also be on auto delivery!!!
Hey #CVS - what’s up with price gouging on Braun Thermoscan 5 thermometers? Just purchased one from my local CVS in Hobart, IN, and the price was $62+ dollars. I can find them online for $22-$45 dollars. I guess I need to contact the Indiana Attorney General and report your price gouging. Good job.
Sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for over 30 minutes already. Then the girl tells us to drive around again. Line didn’t move for exactly 21 minutes.

calling is just like sitting in the drive thru forever, on hold for 17 minutes until I hung up, smh!! That was my 2nd time calling today to.
