I just got off the phone with the customer service because I went in to buy some Infant Tylenol and Children’s Tylenol because I have a 1 year old baby girl and a 6 and 5 year old boy who have been sick. I understand it is a trying time with the Coronavirus but I called ahead and was told there was a limit of two of special items. I have life saving medication that are covered by insurance. I'm covered. they're trying to tell me my Dr isnt??!! um 1st that makes NO sense. 2nd they have treated me like I've done something wrong amd VERY rudely told me theres nothing they can do!? I have proof I'm covered and they told me meds are covered. so.. what is the problem exactly? No one seems to know or care. I'll NEVER go back to this pharmacy again. and neither will my friends n family!
