Im disabled & dnt often go into stores due to clutter and crowds, it's just too much at some point. Today I had questions bout new med & vaccs that were offered & rec'd. Felt very comfy w/Pharmacist Kevin seems like a old friend real nice guy. Area very clean orderly & ran smoothly. Now my son is a new patient of the pharmacy as of ghis visit
Walked up to the person standing right behind the counter and started to give my name. The lady looked at me and pointed to the coumter and said "self login." I started to say something to her and she again pointed at the computer and more forcefully said "self login." Then she walked away from me. So I took the three minutes to log in, which she could have done in 15 seconds with my name. I didn't need all the prescriptions that were due but there is nowhere in the self login to state that. Great help
Visited the hospital in NF earlier today (12/30) and they called meds into CVS located in Target (didnt know that's were CVS was located). We got the the store and the pharmacy is a long walk from the front of the store especially on a severely hurt ankle. Gave the girl my insurance information and she said she would get that entered. 15 minutes later, I assume the phamacist came over and said that my out of state medical assistance insurance plan (Keystone First) wouldn't work for my Ibuprofen and Tylenol that the hospital ... read more
