At some point in the last year the doctor in charge changed from a woman to a man. As soon as that happened I began having trouble filling my prescriptions on time, sometimes days late, causing me to miss work each time as I cannot refill until I'm out. Knowing this I made an effort to come in person and politely ask if they can prepare mine any sooner because of that and, ever since the man took over, I've been told to take a hike each time.
