RecommendedDear Management of CVS Dodge Street you have a gem named Audrey on registers. Twice now she has been there ringing up my goods and she is amazing on every level. This is a rare bird in retail, especially in the highly transaction oriented retail. That kind of energy and helpfulness is hard to do for a full shift, I know I worked retail for 15 years. Whoever this young women is 5 star service. Keep her on your payroll. Thank her for her service!!!
I went to get a flu shot yesterday me and my dad waited an hour and 40 minutes there was a lady there with her 3 kids they were in the little room where you get the shot from 2:15 to 3:30 that was absolutely ridiculous there was other people waiting for the shot I thought waiting an hour and 40 minutes was ridiculous and the lady that gave the shot wasn't nice I thought she was rude never again am I going to the minute clinic it was terrible

Why do I subject myself to this? I should just try the Walgreens across the street! 30 minute wait to drop off last night and a 20 minute wait to find out I needed to come in because the person I gave the new insurance info to yesterday didn't enter it. Now it's been 45 minutes and I'm still waiting!
Horrible wait for prescriptions.went to pick one up yesterday and the line had 15 people. Went back today 24 hours later and prescription had not been filled. Pick a different pharmacy-we are.
