Every single time, I have ever used the pharmacy drive thru, the staff has ALWAYS ALWAYS been JUST an incredibly joy. So very pleasant! I just experienced the rudest young man. the only communication he provided was “Date of Birth” and a nod. I mean u have to try very hard to not speak at all! the only reason he even provided me with the graciousness of a nod was at the end of the transaction, I had to say “is that all” to which he nodded and handed me my receipt! what a complete jerk !!!!! Teresa, the redheaded lady working at the drive-thru on Montclair was so shockingly rude and refused to help. Teresa should not be allowed to deal with the public; she needs to be by herself, cleaning toilets after hours so she doesn't run off paying customers. Customers pay YOUR salary, Teresa, how about you act like it and offer a little customer service the people paying your bills. We are filing a complaint with corporate, if we see your face there again, we're filing another complaint until you are fired.
