Almost every time I go to that particular CVS I have trouble. The managers there are rude and show no interest in helping you. They seem set on giving you 1001 reasons why they can't help instead of offering good customer service. I don't recommend it.
This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They completely refuse to give me ONE notification per month for prescriptions even though I have asked everyone from the pharmacy manager to the store manager to figure out this simple issue. They couldn't because they refused to try. I make a trip down there to pick up one and the next day I get a call that another is ready. My only option was to opt out of getting any calls and when I asked how I would know when my prescriptions would be ready if I did that they had... read more
