Hours of operation say 7pm. So why am I being turned away when I show up to have a prescription filled before 7? She didn’t say anything other than she doesn’t process new prescriptions after 6:30
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My wife had just undergone a C-section and was waiting at home in pain while I spent nearly two hours driving around Birmingham trying to find a CVS location that was actually open according to the hours posted online. After finally arriving at this store, the male pharmacist refused to provide meaningful assistance because the pharmacy was closing in five minutes.
