Absolutely unacceptable experience. My wife had just undergone a C-section and was waiting at home in pain while I spent nearly two hours driving around Birmingham trying to find a CVS location that was actually open according to the hours posted online. After finally arriving at this store, the male pharmacist refused to provide meaningful assistance because the pharmacy was closing in five minutes.
