rude service ive have pruchase infant tylenol before to the drive thru and i went this morning because my children are sick and they were sleeping so i went to the drive thru the lady that showed to the window gave me a look like what the hell was i doing there there i told her i need it some childrens tylenol she said you have to come in for it when there is a sign on the window saying you can now purchased at the drive thru and she closed the window she didnt even let me respond or anything

we've had numerous problems with this location. The last straw was at they gave us the wrong medication and the only reason I knew is cuz my son is taking this medication before. When we went back there replaced it with the right meds but did not tell us what they had given us to be careful and I would not go here!
I had to take my 2 year old to MUSC after hours and we ended up with a prescription. This particular CVS was the closest 24 hr pharmacy. What happened for the 45 minutes that I was there is entirely too long to describe in detail but let me say I will NEVER use thisbpharmacy again. I will drive to Summerville or James Island and use my regular Walgreens. The two ladies that were working were the most rude and disrespectful people I have come across in quite some time. It took 2 days to get my prescriptions right..I was charged for medication that my insurance covered because the pharmacy tech couldn't put my insurance info in the system. I'm going to Walgreens for now on.
The pharmacy itself is cool but some of the pharmacist are pretty smart off the mouth. Yesterday I had a bad experience with them and would like to get an apology for the behavior that was given to me
Waited over 30 mins this evening behind 1 car today. I would have left sooner but I was blocked in. I was just trying to drop of a Rx for my sister who required a pain post delivery. BTW we were just trying to stop on our way home from the hospital to drop off and return for pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff need to be more sensitive to customers to folks on drive thru. If you see one customer is going to take more time. Ask them to circle back around so that drive thru can be cleared. #stillwaiting35minsandcounting
Absolute worst pharmacy EVER!!! I have a presentation I fill once a month every single month and no matter how many times I speak to this pharmacy they never ever have it. I've made repeated requests to make sure they have it but they never do so when I need it I end up having to drive all over town trying to find it somewhere else.
