It never fails every month they lose or forget where my child's prescription is...today there were 3 medications on one prescription they conveniently filled 1 medication and just over looked the other 2. The entire pharmacy needs more training

Won't go back because of bad pharmacy service. Total lack of caring about their customers.

I hate this cvs with a passion! There could be 10 people working back there and you are STILL waiting 45 mins to fill your prescription! Not to mention that it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot due to location. And my last time there was threw the drive threw and the woman that took my scripts didn't even know how to read them I got them back and took them to chancys where no matter how busy they are you have them back in 15 mins and the customer service is pleasant. I waited 45 minutes while my prescriptions were being "expedited". I finally got back in line and no apology. My prescriptions had been ready.

Have been trying for 4 weeks to get my thyroid medicine! Initially was told they were out and would have to reorder. Called a week later, several days later after that. Finally just started calling daily for a week ordering refills. I show up yesterday (4 weeks later) and was told they were out of my Synthroid.........REALLY?!?!?! I am so sick of people who can't do their job! This is the pharmacy contracted by my employer otherwise I would go elsewhere. PATHETIC
