RecommendedNice folks. Meds expensive meds
CVS has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR!!! Waited on the phone for 45 minutes then went drive thru, asked to come inside, waited told to get another line, another line THEN asked to get back into the first line!!! DO BETTER!!!!! All would have been ok if the customer service was better!!
Nobody answers the phone when you are trying to check on a prescription that the doctor called in. Absolutely horrible costumer service. I have called and refilled prescriptions only to get up there the next day and still have to wait for something to be filled.
Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen .. prescription was called in on a Friday evening and it still wasn’t ready Sunday.. was told they was working on it numerous of times and kept being told to drive around.. I drove around twice each time I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before I even got back to the window and when I did get back to the window was told to come in.. oh no sir I’m not walking in because this is what the drive thru is for and I sat there another 20 minutes 😢 I left home at 11:20am and didn’t get back home till aft... read more
They do not answer the phone whenever you call. Even if you wait on hold for over an hour. They are extremely short staffed and the workers are unable to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It took them 17 hours to fill one prescription because they are so backed up.
WORSE PHARMACY!!!! we have waited over 4 hours for medication. Then the smart butt girl tells me she didn't know how long it will be.
I will never recommend this pharmacy. After being hung up on twice, since they were caught in a lie about transferring a medication to another pharmacy when I chose not to use CVS. TERRIBLE PLACE
