They really need to check what prescriptions need to be filled before they give a 5 year old, or anyone really, medicine. Definitely messed up my kid's prescriptions. I don't mind waiting because I get things can get busy. But, there is no excuse for this so CVS has lost my business for good.
Worst pharmacy in Valdosta GA
They have the WORST customer service. I called yesterday, was on hold for 21 minutes. Hung up, called back and was on hold for another 13 minutes. Hung up, called back and went through the physician line and was on hold for only 2 minutes before someone picked up. I have been in the store and there were 5 pharmacy calls and no body ever picked up the phone. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Too bad our insurance requires us to use them.
I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, behind 1 car. When it was my turn, I pulled up only to see a person put up a sign saying “drive thru closed. Please go inside”. I go inside and find out the prescription is not even ready. They’ve had it since 2pm (its now 10pm) and I was originally told it would be ready in 30min to an hour. you have to wait. in line to long
I placed an order for a refill on Sunday the 9th. It has been online as on hold since Tuesday. I called yesterday and waited 15 minuets for them to pick up. I was then placed on hold for 20 minuets while the tried to solve a "weird date issue". She then came on the phone and said they would figure it out and call me back. Today it is online as in process but STILL not filled. I called back and waited 20 minuets for an answer and was told they would have ready in two hours. It always takes so long to get help and to get your medication. I dread having to come to CVS
Had no problems on business and needed refills, I am from out of state and impressed by the whole operation compared to my CVS In new Jersey .
