Prescription for my child called in almost an hour ago and the tech tells me it will be another 30 minutes because of their tiers & waiting on the pharmacist?! When asked if this was the norm on delays she stated yes (takes forever to get prescriptions filled all the time) It wasn’t until I said we would look for a new pharmacy that she said it would be expedited. Do not go to CVS Pharmacy on Lovers Lane, go to another pharmacy!! Untimely and poor customer service!
CVS is a good store. They are helpful and friendly. We can get what we need there in any state. Thanks CVS for being reliable and convenient.
After calling corporate I now realize that this particular pharmacy is not following policy when it comes to filling medicine. I also sooo appreciate being treated as an incompetent pill popper when I asked them to follow the same protocol as my stores back home would. Thanks Adam, for making me and my husband feel as if we abuse our medications. Really need to re-evaluate your approach in the service oriented care business
It's Sunday June 5th. Just walked in to get info about glucose meter and strips and pharmacist went off. What a jerk. Started yelling the doctor has to say what meter to use blah blah but I was just asking a question. He didn't take the time to just talk with me about it. He was talking loudly about another patient when I came up there. He needs a different job. NEVER EVER GO THERE!
The CVS Pharmacy department on Scottsville road at Lovers Lane is staffed with totally incompetent dumb asses! It doesn't matter which shift if they are working the pharmacy they don't have a f___king clue!
Can't ever keep your prescriptions right. Drive thru usually always slow but tonight was extremely slow...was in line with only 2 cars ahead waited 25mins. Crazy!!!
LOVE THIS PLACE! best staff ever!!!!
