I have been in the queue to have someone answer my phone call for more than 20 minutes. This is not an acceptable form of customer service! The least you could do is pick up the phone and acknowledge me before asking me to hold while you serve other customers. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance doesn't cover Walgreens anymore.
Terrible customer service. Antibiotic script sent in at 12 , come in at 430 and it’s still not ready with a huge line of 10 people . No one in a rush to help anyone , and not friendly at all.

The pharmacist is a huge bitch with and even bigger attitude problem! Her people misplaced a prescription but she treated us like we were the ones lying.
