Horrible pharmaceutical services. My 86yr old mother went to pick up her prescription. Due to their new self service lcd pads, they refused to speak to my mother at all. They didn’t even acknowledge her presence. I tried calling the pharmacist to ask questions for my infant grandson, and no one answers the phone. Use another brand or pharmacy. COSTCO Pharmacy in New Rochelle is AMAZING…excellent customer service.
Sorry, this place is not good. Was given no idea when my prescription would come in. When I called a week later it was as if I was speaking to someone in an offshore call center. I was literally asking the pharmacist if he understood what I was saying. While there is certainly a more intimate relationship than CVS, it’s just not worth the hassle.
The pharmacist on duty was courteous and competent. The entire staff were equally friendly and helpful.
