Every time Im here there is an issue. For the first 3 fill ups I had 2 profiles so they would always tell me I didn’t have medicAtion, and I would have to spend 10 minutes explaining to them that my second profile as supposed to be deleted. Yesterday drew the line for me, I know what my prescriptions normally cost. It was 4 times that yesterday when i went to pick up my medication. The girl working the drive up window at the pharmacy, Kayla, was totally rude. She opened the window just far enough to take my prescription. I could not hear a word she said. I sat there and waited until she opened the window again, and she cracked it a little and asked if i had another prescription. I wanted to know how long it would take to have the one I gave her filled. My boyfriend just got out of surgery. She has a nasty attitude. UPDATE: Dropped script off at 9:00 am. Pharmacies shouldn't ever run out of medicine for prescriptions....but this one does.
Horrible service. My husband and I dropped a prescription off for antibiotic eyedrops at 145pm yesterday. The clerk took all our information and said ready in an hour. Hours passed and they had no idea where prescription went. Claimed had nothing. 5 phone calls later, its 8pm and still no medicine we needed that day!!!! Offered call Dr. next day. So ... another night of untreated eye infection and his eye is now worse. Dont trust them with something as important as your health. Go to Savage, Rite Aid or Antietam Pharmacy for... read more
If you want to deal with less ignorant people and more intelligent people that are actually respectful I strongly recommend savage family pharmacy. CVS is a total joke!
The drive thru Pharmacy people rock! Returning from vet with my dog who needed Delsym. Couldn't leave her in car to get it as it was hot. Went to drive thru and they gladly got it for me!!! Thanks!
