horrible customer service. on hold for an hour on the phone, no one answering the phones when, and I'm here in store now. neither drive thru nor line inside s moving. no manager around that can be seen.

went to pick up prescriptions because I recieved an automated message they were ready to be picked up. waited 45 mins in the drive through to be told don't listen to the automated messages they arent right and it wasn't ready. had to come back the next day.
Does anyone know who the gentleman was that was bullied by their ignorance the other day? I would like to help him out if possible. I felt completely heartbroken as I would if someone in my family received the same disrespect. He probably was scared of the crowds so came later and expected a drug store to give him the courtesy.

Suzanna Lyon needs fired immediately. What a piece of trash. Apparently, it's well known how ignorant she is to not only customers but to other employees it's astonishing CVS thinks this is acceptable behavior. Oh, and the recent ignorant behavior out of her regarding an elderly gentleman was unbecoming of someone in her position. God help her if she ever treats one of my family members like that elderly gentleman. Lyon not only needs immediate termination but she never should be allowed to work in a pharmacy again. I hope CVS takes swift action against the cruel pharmacist. Until then, I can not recommend despite having wonderful service from them when I lived in that area between 2002-2007.
I would never recommend this pharmacy. completely rude and uncalled for. You need a new Pharmacist. obviously the one you have Ms. Lyons doesn't really like her job.
