Customer service is definitely NOT utilized at this pharmacy. The recent post about the elderly gentleman being blocked from assistance & the laughter of the employees is just the latest of horrifying ancedotes I've heard or been witness to. Family members have used this pharmacy for years & always have issues: patients left to sit, unassisted after initial contact; meds unavailable when called to pickup script; clerks/techs walking away & never coming back; drive-thru unwilling to come to window, and on, and on... Fire the pharmacist. There is no excuse that will ever be acceptable for treating someone the way she treated the elderly gentleman. Letters and emails will be sent to corporate concerning the operations of this CVS.
You run out of EVERY prescription. Your automated phone system hangs up on people and when this is provided to the staff they simply laughed. All pharmacists are RUDE and it is basically a miserable place to go to. Worst pharmacy ever.

VERY ignorant and heartless! Wouldn't even let an 80 year old man get his meds that he might need through this pandemic. it's hard enough for the elders to come out like this and for the pharmacist suzana Lyon to shoo him out and laugh about it is just beyond ridiculous. GET HER FIRED!!!! Will be starting a petition!
This pharmacy is probably the worst place to deal with. most of the employees are rather rude, probably because they constantly get yelled at by customers and they cant take it. the CONSTANT lack of having medications in stock is unbearable. And dont waste your time calling in to that place either... Unless you are practically forced to use CVS (like I unfortunately am for 90 day supply meds) I would strongly urge you to use Savage Family Pharmacy. Much more professional and helpful.
