Prescription was turned in on Jan 13 finally called about it yesterday and was told if I needed them they would try to expedite the order. I ask why eight days wasn't enough. She replied they would try to get it to me today !!! REALLY SAD !!!
This Pharmacy is short handed and cannot fill a prescription on time!! Every time you go to pick up your prescription they say we can escalate it and you can pick it up in an hour and a half!! They used to be great. They blame it on corporate and being short handed. They really prefer you take your business elsewhere.
After messing up my prescriptions for several months, they changed the way they were filling one with out telling me. This lead me to be short on the medication. The pharmacist refused to take responsibility. The customer service that ensured was so terrible that I filed a complaint with the state board. Turns out they were completely filling the prescription wrong. The state board found them in the wrong. Horrible service, lacking in ethics, medically dangerous. Avoid this pharmacy completely.
Sitting here waiting on a prescription to be filled. I pull up at 520 to drop off a new prescription. The clerk makes a comment looking at his watch saying he doesn't know if the pharmacist will fill it because they close at 6. Wow! He did go ask her permission and she was kind enough to fill it for me pfffffttt. Whatever. Such great customer service let me tell ya. I was at CVS/Pharmacy getting monthly female supplies including chocolate of coarse. I stood at the counter and a gentleman walked up. My thought was "oh great! A guy! Ugh!!" He stepped up and said something like. - hello. It's a great day isn't it. I was taken aback. I replied "yes it is". He then said " glass is half full" I then replied " it's always full". Was treated horrible by all the staff at the Washington street CVS in Amarillo. The head pharmacist told my husband to take his prescription elsewhere then she canceled his prescription. Worst customer service we have ever encountered. Moving to Walgreens!
Rudeness today.. Went to pharmacy to fill rx and the blonde girl in that department was so rude and acted like I was interrupting her.. look little girl you don't understand that my son's medication is not cheap and I am trying to do the best that I can to get him his meds and if that means calling the insurance to make sure of price oh well until your paying for them please do your job with a smile and no attitude cause you don't know what people are going through.
