I went into Pharmacy about 9:00 am today 9/11/2019 to see if could get my headache meds refilled early !! I was told bye the lady Pharmacist that she had to call doctor !! I waited until about 9:25 AM and she then informed me she had to wait for the doctor to approve the refill early !! She had just refilled it early last time I filled it and i brought that to her attention!! She said still needed to wait and that as soon as she hears from Doctor will let me know !! I am really concerned how much this store has declined. On two occasions in just the last month I have been told prescriptions were filled when they were not by a person and that ordered medication was not. Specifically, by a tech named Erica. I was also told that I was speaking to a pharmacist and that was not the case. It’s ashame that it makes me look forward to a complete automation of the service and the elimination of the human service component.
