The worst of worst when it comes to customer service. If I ever talked to people in my field the way these employees do, I would be fired. Do better CVS. Stop hiring trashy, rude employees
This pharm royally screwed me, I had several teeth pulled and they decided I only needed 2/3 of the prescriptions my doctor sent over. And because I was coming down from sedation silly me, of course it’s my fault! Even though all 3 prescriptions were sent and filled at the same time, I didn’t receive notification that the third was filled until 4 DAYS later ( by the way these are antibiotics and now I’m in quadruple the unnecessary pain awesome ty ty ty) I will be switching pharmacies completely away from this one AND CVS as... read more
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. This pharmacy should close. There is no organization or team work. I went yesterday and the pharmacist was arguing with her tech. Unprofessional.
The people working at this pharmacy were so helpful and pleasant! It was lunchtime but a wonderful young man took time out to inform me and help me. I returned early and my prescription was ready ! Keep up the good work!
