2nd time tonight being on hold for over 30mins just to get a daily medication refilled. a medication I obviously was supplied for a reason. date last filled 8/7 date script expires 12/19, with 1 refill remaining. it's not a narcotic so why am I still unable to get my medication refilled 10 days past refill due date?
If they weren’t the only 24hr pharmacy I would have stayed with Walgreens. Literally EVERY single time I call I’m on hold for AT LEAST 15min. Every single time. No matter what time I call.
The pharmacist named Rick at store #6654 has been nothing but rude and arrogant both times I have tried to fill medication for my daughter. We will not be giving your store another opportunity.
They always harass me about filling my pain meds. Even when I'm paying cash for them and not even going through the insurance nightmare, they still threaten not to fill my valid prescription. I really wish pharmacists would stay in their lane and let the doctors make the decisions about what meds I need and don't need.
Extremely rude nosey head pharmacist which needs to focus on filling prescriptions not on why someone doesn’t have a drivers lisence on them YOU ARE A PHARMACIST NOT THE POLICE OR BMV 🤷🏻♀️👍🏽 reported to corporate !
Always pretty fast and nurses are so nice. Meds were ready in 10 minutes
Customer Service was Excellent in the Pharmacy. They Were Awesome at 9.30pm I was very I'll add Meds were ready in 20mins
