Staff is either incompetent or criminal. Would appreciate a call from CVS to discuss. I do not recommend depending on this pharmacy.
Came to the MinuteClinic and practitioner Erin was absolutely great! She really made sure that I got the proper care to help ease the pain I was going through. The only downfall is that I had to be sent to Urgent Care after being seen and paying the copay because I guess MinuteClinic couldn’t provide me with what I needed.

Went to the Minute Clinic. Doc was nice and helpful but in retrospect I should have gone to urgent care instead as I needed a script which minute clinic would not provide.
Well, the prices are ridiculously high, but that's expected. The customer service has never been a problem for me. It's always been adequate. Still, overall it's not a unpleasant experience for me when I stop in. I get just what I expected; ridiculously high prices and adequate service.
NOT the fault of the Pharmacy Staff, but they are ALWAYS backlogged and running around like overworked individuals. I stood and watched for 2 hours one night when my insurance was not approving a drug for my daughter, and they didn't even get time for a bathroom break. PUT MORE PEOPLE ON STAFF IN THE PHARMACY, please?
CVS App says pharmacy is open until 6pm for this location, drove out of my way to pick up an antibiotic & they closed at 5pm. Should update app!
