Booked an appt at the Minute clinic. Waited over half an hour with my kids to find out the DR. wasn't coming. Got an email as I was getting in the car that they canceled my appt. Disappointed in my first experience there. I felt bad for the 2 people ahead of me that had been waiting 2 hours with their kids. Need better communication. Hope this doesn't happen often.

The FNP at the MinuteClinic was fantastic. She listened to everything I had going on and made sure I had prescriptions to cover everything I have going on.

What a shame you lost a customer tonight. Apple Pay was accepted but I still had to insert my chip credit card and the sale would not go through!! I will be transferring my prescriptions and buying my vitamins elsewhere. The cashier seemed lost and didn't know what to do.

Love this place I am always greeted as soon as I come in. One lady knows me by name since I'm there once a week.

I have thus far been very pleased with CVS. I usually use the one on Laskin Road, since that is where my husband and I usually go. They are very courteous and efficient 99% of the time. Once in a while, there may be a slight glitch, but most of the time, they have been very helpful and accommodating. Faye Adams

This is the worst pharmacy around. They almost always have to order prescription medications because they are not in stock, they have filled my prescriptions incorrectly more than once, they rarely have prescriptions ready when they say they will. I was contacted by the regional manager who told me that they had numerous complaints about this store and he was brought in from Richmond to fix it. One year later, still no better. Thank goodness they are building a Walgren's across the street.

Too expensive for people living paycheck to paycheck. I paid $18.99 for 12 Zyrtec pills from the pharmacy. Elsewhere, I pay $17.99 for 24. I was desperate because of bad allergies. Won't be back.
