CVS pharmacy does not answer the phone for any Pharmacy questions. You cannot talk to a pharmacist when you call. I prompts you to leave a message & the pharmacist will call you back. Does not work for us. Our prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid after Rite Aid dropped the ball. We had asked them to transfer them to Bel Air so they shouldn’t be at CVS in the first place.Since the pharmacist are not available to me I do not want my prescription there and I will not do business with them.
