I use to go in morning on way to work. Now Sunday afternoon I sit here with 6 cars waiting. I need a new pharmacy, one that’s open 24 hours. They should’ve stayed open 24 hours. People don’t just get sick in the day. I left Walgreens after they quit 24 hours
Well I called CVS. The Pastor wife and daughter picked up my seizure meds last night and this girl threatened me before she started working there. She told me to have a seizure and die. I take that seriously. About to talk to the manager. I don’t want her messing with any of my seizure meds and or other meds. It concerns me that she will do something. The one lady in the pharmacy department with dark hair is completely rude. We went to get our flu shots and she acted like we were taking up her time. Then she wants to charge me $40 for a flu shot when they are saying it’s $25. I usually go to Walgreens but I ended up at CVS this time. Never again until they can fix their pharmacy department employees attitudes and have better customer service.
Cashier was RUDE. The old lady with white hair was so rude!!!!i gave her my name and told her what size photo I was picking up and she had an attitude about it! She was looking at me like I was stupid. I had to take a deep breathe, your lucky I respect seniors!! I swear!!
My med was $187.00 at CVS and only $51.00 at Wal-mart. Needless to say I went to Wal-mart!!!
Went to pick up my medicine and was told they dont take my insurance anymore. Would have been nice to let me know about the change before it happened, so now i have to find another pharmacy. Every month was a fight with them. I'm supposed to have automatic refill and they would never have it. My medicine isn't just a cold medicine or something simple. Always running out of medication i need. Literally the slowest effing pharmacy I've ever been to. I HATE coming here but due to insurance not allowing me to go anywhere but here or some other place i have no clue where its at, i have no choice. They've given me half a script before but since it was a controlled substance they thought i was lying of course.
