Just spent 20+ minutes on hold with this pharmacy for them to take all my information, and then tell me they can't bother to take my co-pay information over the phone because they are too busy and that I would have to drive in to the store. Totally unacceptable, especially when I'm not comfortable going into a retail space like a pharmacy during a pandemic. The whole reason I'm calling is to get the prescription filled and MAILED so I do not have to come in.

They never have prescriptions ready when they claim to. Currently on day three of waiting for one prescription. When I call they say it is done. I go there, it isn’t filled.
I was there for almost 2 hours the customer was horrible. Had to ask for a manager twice...
Went to CVS to get my flu shot as my insurance stipulated. No one in line at pharmacy. After providing my info, I was told it would be a 45 minute wait because she had prescriptions to fill. Five workers, no customers. Had to wait 45 minutes while pharmacist called insurance companies and filled scrips for people who weren't even there. I HATE CVS.
Store is fine but need to clean up parking lot
