This experience was awful. The person I was dealing with was unorganized and this delayed the delivery of my glasses and contacts. The woman who runs the desk I believe is named Rosaline. After the exam I had chosen a pair of frames and she was supposed to order two trial packs of contacts. There was a problem with the computer and it would not take my insurance (NVA) even thought CVS takes this insurance. I understood, and she said she would be it in in the next couple of days. Had a great experience! Dr. Was fantastic. Had an eye exam and purchased eyeglasses. They have a nice selection of frames. Friendly and helpful staff.
Dr. Cindy was friendly and knowledgeable. Maria, the optician was very helpful with picking out glasses. I was pleasantly surprised with how high tech the office is.
