If it were possible to give less that one star, I would still consider that too much for this store. It turns out they use multiple labs (this I was told by an employee at the store) to provide glasses, depending on your insurer. I was standing in front of the service person at the store as she is telling my insurance representative that the store provide the insurance company with one lab code but sends the eyeglass order to a different lab. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE - They refused to give me my pupilary distance so I could order glasses online, even though they took the measurement. It is illegal in New York state to not include that measurement in the medical record, which I am entitled to as a patient. When I told them what they were doing was illegal, the "manager" literally said "ma'am, I hear what you are saying, but it is against our policy to give out the PD" OK, so your policy supersedes both state and federal law?
