The most incompetent pharmacy. My doctors send over my birth control name brand with a comment “dispense as written” as my insurance ONLY covers name brand. I refill my CONTINUOUS (no weeks off) birth control patch 10 days before I need it. The pharmacy staff every single month for the last 7 months has DISREGARDED the drs note of it needing name brand, then switching it to generic, to submit to insurance. It is always a problem. Returned from trip with respiratory symptoms & NP was very thorough, attentive & recommended treatment & next steps. Very professional, kind & would recommend.
Customer service was prompt and courteous. Store was clean and welcoming.
Pharmacy is sucks.... :(
I’ve never had any problems with this pharmacy. They are quick with any prescriptions, keep me updated, and always call back fast.
