nobody does it better than this facility. The staff is the best of the rest. Cannot sing enough praises about the quality of the Physicians who lead the teams. The greatest respect is due the surgical crews. Thanks for all that you do....your awesome And it is getting better year by year..
My daughter (10) was brought in June 23 for a bicycle accident with significant trauma everyone was great and things happened quick. The 2 days post OP she was their the nurses that saw her in the ER came to the floor before or after their shift to check on her. That meant a lot to us. We were then shipped to Fletcher Allen! Thanks for everything
Extremely rude er doctor what an attitude poor bed side manner
Most of the time its horrible. As I have to many to count bad experiences with the people at the ER. But today I went for my toe because I dropped something on it. The lady at the front desk of the ER that checked me in, was absolutely horrible and seemed very heartless. But everyone in fast track was very nice. They got me in as soon as I walked in the doors and got me out very quickly so I can enjoy the beautiful weather we are having.
Had surgery to remove a large cysts from my back. Dr.samary and the ladys in the surgery area where a blessing. They made it a pleasure to have the work done and the amount of care that was given was astonishing. Thank u guys for all u do...
Nice of one of the nurses to shut off my mother's call button when she is IN PAIN and CRYING. Top notch, 3rd floor crew!
