absolutely horrible front desk associates and horrible nurses. the front desk lady i talked to was very unprofessional and rude. the nurse was even worse! never going back to this place!
Went to the urgent care with my best friend for sever ankle pain, swelling and concerning noises when she walked on her ankle. Continues to get checked in to a room where she waited for half an hour before a doctor came, tugged around on her ankle causing her more pain, didn’t give an X-ray after saying it was excruciating and she might pass out. Went in because I've had all the same symptoms as my fiancé who was diagnosed with a bacterial pneumonia a few days prior. They told me the xray machine was down. Saw Ashley Williamson for the checkup and told her my symptoms and that I had been exposed to someone with pneumonia the past several days and had all the same symptoms and she refused to test me for anything, telling me she thought it was probably viral and to go home and take mucinex.
