I can't find anything good to say about this company honestly. They've came out twice and fixed nothing thus far. 12 hours after their first visit my air conditioner was frozen solid. They rescheduled their next visit, a week after they were supposed to come. Came out and couldn't do anything because the unit was frozen solid. Rescheduled again, for today, only to move it out till the 10th. So they came twice and have rescheduled twice and yet here I sit with an AC that freezes so bad it leaks water like crazy and is ruining... read more
You all need to step up your game, you have been leaving a family without AC since 8/24. They chose this company to provide service, if you all can’t do it, let that family know so they can find someone else instead of saying you cant work in the rain, when it was not even raining in the town you needed to work in, also instead of rescheduling time after time knowing you all wont complete the job, how about you inform the family about that as well. When you get referred by your home warranty and no one answers the phone. I’ve been calling since 8am. Just horrible.....

Thanks CV3 - Happy Customer - I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews - but after having Frank and Jonathon install a package unit for our residence today I am impressed. The unit was covered under a home warranty and the initial diagnosis from a CV3 tech did not agree with the first company that came out to look at the unit for me. My home warranty company sent this company to my home in McAlester, Ok to repair my HVAC blower motor. The 2 techs sent told my wife that we would have to remove a wall in order to get the blower out. Wrong! I opted for the cash out option with my home warranty company (American Home Shield) so that I could choose a company of my choosing to repair the unit. No call/no show for scheduled appt. Called next day to appologize and say i was rescheduled for that day. No call/no show for second consecutive day.
