Carlos has come out and helped us twice, once with cleaning AC coils and with repairing the outside AC unit. Both times he was very professional and knowledgeable. He always made sure we were included in the process and looking at the same items he did before he went in and fixed it. He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure to give honest and thoughtful opinions on the matter at hand. Will 100% be calling him again with any AC needs!
Carlos was my tech. Professional to start. Pleasant attitude. Called on a Sunday, decided to wait till Monday. Was a little late but, so is my winning lotto ticket…and such is life. Came out checked the system and made the repairs on the spot. No high balling. Just what needed to be replaced/repaired to get the A/C unit back up and operational. Definitely saving the number for future HVAC needs.
Carlos has helped me out twice: once to service a mini-split, and once to fix my central heat. Each time the service was scheduled quickly. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job servicing my HVAC equipment.
12/2025 update: Had another issue and he came out same day, diagnosed it, and told me exactly what’s needed. He will take care of you. I had two different companies come diagnose my hvac systems before Carlos did. One said I needed to replace my entire unit inside and out, the other said something about replacing the control board on the inside unit … Carlos came, diagnosed it, and fixed everything within an hour at a very fair price! I trust him and he’ll be my go to for anything hvac.
Carlos did an amazing job fixing my AC. He was super friendly, professional, and got everything working really fast. He explained the problem clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Carlos if you’re looking for someone reliable and efficient. Thanks so much!
