Cutty inspected our brand new house and found so much stuff that the contractor ‘missed’. Very pleased with the service and the attention to detail he provided. He arrived at our appointment time and walked us through everything. Perfect 10/10.
Cutty's attention to detail is unmatchable. We have worked together several times for my client's who buy and sell their homes. He is extremely knowledgeable and finds not only the important stuff, but what he calls "notes to buyers" about things that may need attention in the future or that seem out of the ordinary.
I can’t speak to to his inspection abilities considering I was at work when he inspected my house. However, I came home 9 hours later to every light on in my house, every fan running wide open, and all the lights on my microwave/oven on. Not exactly appreciated when you work full time to pay your bills.
I did not have a good experience with Cutty. He didn't find many inspection items that he should have, which caused me a lot of money in repairs after I bought the house. He's a nice enough guy, but his inspection methods need to be more thorough.
Cutty did a thorough job and even came back to reinspect. Very happy with the service.
