If I could give Chad and his crew a 6 star review, I would. It's not often that you find a contractor that says what he means, and means what he says. Chad worked with me from start to finish of my barn project to deconstruct my old shed, level and lay a full foundation, pour slabs for the barn and patio, and rip up and lay a full brand new driveway. The final product is something I'm genuinely proud of, and it couldn't have been done without his help. Thanks Chad, and thanks Cutting Edge Construction and Excavation.
Cutting Edge provided a detailed quote for the garage foundation after a complete walk through of the garage plans and site. We expanded the scope of the work twice based on the poor condition of the asphalt driveway and the excellent work in progress. The crew was thoughtful and thorough. The foreman identified and remedied unanticipated aspects of potential future problems. Very professional, very accommodating. I recommend them without hesitation.
Chad, Chris, and their crew we're awesome. Professional yet personable and worked with me with any modifications and questions. Site prep for a pole barn, cement work after barn was up, and final site grading. Also redid my gravel driveway with crushed asphalt millings that were rolled/compacted in place. Highly recommend.
