I WAS a loyal client. I had an appt. booked a month in advance for Oct1. I showed up and the salon was closed. I came back 20 minutes later and it was still closed. No one called me to cancel. Keep in mind I wasn't new to your salon. I'd been coming here for several years now and always paid double. Always. Apparently that isn't enough to make an impression. Today I had a 10:30am appt. I have been going to Brooklyn for over three and a half years she is the best I recently moved and I'm gonna miss her
I had my hair done yesterday by Tabitha, and it looks amazing! Being a military girlfriend and a picky hair person has been rough, I have always left a new salon unhappy. But not here! So happy to know I have an awesome place to go while we are here!
