I highly recommend her services and Cutters Four to anyone wanting a quality hair dresser. Tascha does my nails and she is an amazing artist with a unique artistic talent. If you want something more than the usual hum drum manicure where you're in and out in 30 minutes then you must book an appointment with Tascha!
