I think the owner of this place was overall a nice lady. However I have never had my hair look like this for high lights that I have had done at other salons. The unevenness and chunks of blonde is not at all what I have had done before. Hi lights are suppose to look natural.I have beautiful hair and it is now ruined for a very long time.

Normally our policy at Cutters Four is to ask if an unhappy customer would like adjustments to their hair, but the way Rhonda approached the stylist was bully like, and we do not tolerate that behavior from anyone (client or stylist) a like. Our owner refunded her money, apologized, and refered her to a beauty school since this client INSISTED it would have been a better job. Terrible customer service
Lisa is amazing!! My hair was nasty (trying to grow it out) so she added some blonde and some browns to make it look nice!! I’m loving it! Highly recommend her!! Thank you Lisa!
Jimmy did my hair today, the works. Best cut I've ever had! The color job was PERFECT. You can't even tell he did it, it looks so natural!

Jackie is amazing with color. She did my daughters hair and it came out better than the inspiration photo. All the girls are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We will definitely return to her for all our hair services.
