Took my older Suzuki Quadrunner ATV in for starter repair and other service. It was quickly apparent that Derek understood the machine and how to diagnose the problem. Although it is an older ATV, he had the experience, knowledge, and parts to rebuild the starter and address an oil leak. I very much appreciate the service provided. Parts and labor rates are in line with other specialty services of today. I have no hesitation in recommending Cutters Custom Cycles.
Great price, great service. Derek was quick to answer the phone (multiple times) to address questions. Price was reasonable, and he even went out of his way to clean some extra parts while completing the requested work on my bike. 10/10 would recommend!
Worst experience ever I paid for a job that wasn’t done correctly the job was to install a big wheel with handle bars on my Harley and the handle bars wasn’t tight they were very loose and my bike was just thrown back together I drove it there and had to pull home now I have double pay for someone else to do it correctly.. please don’t waste your money with this guy..
I am absolutely thrilled with the work that Derek performed on my GSXR750. He recommended the perfect combination of upgrades that turned the bike into a rocket ship. Everything looks amazing and runs like a dream. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me :)
I have never left a review before. Derek was amazing! I goofed and laid my 2007 Yamaha down and bent the shifter underneath the crankshaft. I tried to fix it myself and got the shifter into worse condition to where it would only shift 1 gear. I took the bike in on a Friday at 5:00 pm and the next day at 10:00 am, he had it fixed. He had placed both paddles in better position and fixed the shifter, and he only charged me $150, which is very reasonable.
