Great company to work. We had our old driveway replaced this spring. Not the cheapest quote of three, but great work plus excellent commuication, crew, and follow-through. They completed tearout and replacement in 10 days during several days of poor, rainy weather. We would use them again, and highly recommend them for concrete work.

**** and his crew built a roof extension over our deck and did a quality job and we are enjoying it. They were very easy to work with and communicated with us and we knew what to expect at all times. If we ever need any more construction work done we will go to them. Customer satisfaction is their motto and they live up to this.

Went with Cutter Construction even though their bid was a little higher. ***** did a lot of leg work with the city to make sure we were compliant with city zoning. Great work. Great communication. Nice guys.

Cutter did a great job replacing our driveway. They kept us informed when there were delays in their schedule (due to weather, not over-promising). They responded quickly to any of our phone calls, they honored their original quote, they worked hard (in VERY hot weather) & they were as careful as possible with our yard and garage. We definitely recommend them.

Bryan Cutter and his crew were remarkable to work with. They tore out our nasty, cracked driveway and replaced it with a wider, more level one. They worked so hard in the rain and wind to finish it for us. We could not be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Bonnie *********

Professional, friendly, exceptional work. Cutter Construction does amazing work. I needed a new driveway, sidewalks and garage. They did it all and it looks wonderful! Such good work and everyone was so polite. They cleaned up after themselves every single day. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work. Mike Cutter was great to work with. They built us a 500 foot composite deck to go around our above ground pool. He communicated clearly with me with any delays and changes. His crew of men were also wonderful. Their attention to detail was amazing. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

We are very thankful we chose Cutter Construction to rebuild our chimney after it was severely damaged in the Dorecho Storm in Aug/20. Bryan walks us through the entire process from beginning to end; he always returned calls/texts in a timely manner answering any questions we had. We enjoyed working with Mike Cutter and their team the Cutter Construction LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They added a master bed room, family room, and handicapped bathroom, with a full basement. The kitchen, dining room, original bath room was painted, flooring and counter tops replaced. A patio was incorporated into the roof design of the house and a garage/shed was added in the rear yard.
