This was one of the most unprofessional and unethical customer service experiences I have ever had. This business is severely overpriced, provides misleading information, and appears to rely on intimidation rather than honest communication. My interaction with the service department—specifically over the phone with an employee named Brenda—was unacceptable from start to finish. Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give no stars, I would have. If you have to deal with Brenda, make sure that you record your own conversation because she will say that you harassed her and made a big scene when you calmly talk to her. She refused to give an invoice and said you just need to pay in order to get it. But how am I supposed to know what I’m paying for if you don’t show me the documented services done to the vehicle. I would 100% not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

My Jeep Gladiator is currently stalled and needs to be towed in by my insurance company. I attempted multiple times to contact the service department to schedule a repair but could not reach anyone. I was forced to use the automated appointment system, unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. First, the automated system scheduled an appointment for the wrong vehicle. They lied. Went to pay my bill in person since they said the charge I questioned (HAZ MAT DISP fee) was posted inside and outside. Well...here are my photos from Nov 4 2025 when I went to pay my bill. Nothing there. Was kinda funny watching the manager run around looking for it inside and out after I asked the cashier where that notice is posted. You would think he would know exactly where it was since he was so confident on the phone.

Amazing experience! I had a check engine light come on my 2023 Wrangler 4xE. It was a rare part malfunction. The service team got me in quick, identified the problem and did not hesitate to get me in a rental with Enterprise located near by. While fixing the malfunctioning part, the team also did a software update on a recent recall. Once everything was done, I took the rental back and Enterprise drove be back to Cutter where a quick signature and off I went. By far my best experience ever with a dealer service department.
