Michael is a rockstar! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took my wife and I through every space in a house we are purchasing and made sure we understood everything we needed to know. His report was so detailed, included high quality pictures of everything, and many tiered recommendations of what we should consider fixing this year, and years down the line.
