Mike Boylan represented buyers of our rental property, offered cash, closing day came the buyers did not have the money, extended contract, buyer offered $5,000.00 non refundable deposit to show good faith, that the sale was going through. Second closing day came, we signed papers at title office. Later that day received info from our agent, buyers did not have the money once again. Just recently started looking for a new home, my husband called a realtor to ask about a house and was rudely told that it was sold and that it had been for sale for awhile! I'm sorry the sign was still in the yard advertising and again we just started looking. Will not get our business!
