I wouldn’t recommend Cutler to my worst enemy. They put us through a living nightmare trying to BUY a house. We were treated with disrespect and everyone was so unprofessional, right down to closing day with the title company who “wasn’t affiliated” BUT it was located in CUTLERS main office. We didn’t even know if we had gotten the house right down to the HOUR before we were supposed to close. Their realtor left a voicemail that said he had accepted another offer a WEEK before closing. Angie Palazzo!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities.
