Do not go to this Salon especially if you are a new client! I recently booked an appointment with ****************** at the cuticles nail and spa located at *****************************************. The day of my appointment I received a call 20 min before saying she was 2hrs behind schedule and that they had to cancel my appointment. This place charged me twice refused to refund me after showing my statements. My services cost $95 in total. I was gifted a $50 **** gift card, which I wanted to go towards my purchase, and the balance was supposed to go on my ***** The front desk associate said the **** didnt work. I told her to charge the $95 on my **** and not used the gift card. She ended up charging $95 plus an additional separate charge of $47. Absolutely disgusted with the professionalism of this establishment. I had a 2:45pm appointment. I was sitting there until 3:18 before ******** finally started to do my feet. The whole time she was constantly on her phone texting. I did not get the full signature pedicure package but was still charged FULL price for services i did not receive.
