i went there today and some girl did my nails and i asked for white and she put the color all over my hands and it looks terrible. usually they do pretty good but this girl that i had was horrible and not to mention she was very rude!!

Love this place! They have always treated me well and do a great job. It’s so relaxing. Love the massage chair and soft lights.
Years ago when we lived in Kentucky this place was the best. My daughter and I went there when we came in to visit family in June. Rushed, weird, painful, and expensive. We both got gel manicures and when it came time to put your hand under the light it burned. Everywhere the polish had touched was on fire (which was everywhere because he was really messy when painting them)! They don’t speak English, get frustrated when you want something changed because they don’t listen, and I feel like they talk about you right in front of you (Laughing and looking at you directly) . Just Rude!!!
If you want your nails to be extremely rushed, with the nail tech only stopping to ask twice if you like them- this is the place! If you're a fan of your nails being different lengths, crooked, and not even in the shape you asked for- this is the place! VERY displeased, will be removing these pieces of junk asap. Edit: completely forgot to add! When using the drill thing to rough up the surface of your nails, they WILL catch skin! BUT DON'T WORRY!
