Me and my daughter got pedicures with French tip and the end result was not great!! The white tips on both of our toe nails were streaked and not straight and they didn’t sand down the nail beds at all like I usually get when I get a pedicure and she put one single coat of clear over to the nail and white tip! I was so disappointed when we left! Will not go back!!!
So I’m not the kind of person to bash any business, but when something like what happened today, happens, something has to be said. Entering the salon it seemed like a very nice environment. I went in to get a fill in and pedicure. While my toes look great, my nails look awful. The man who did my nails didn’t cut my nails down to be the same length after having grown for two weeks, he put clear coat on one hand and let it dry but put it on the other hand and immediately wiped it off. I’m SO not happy !! I went to get a pedicure with simple picture ideas of things I wanted on my toes. Everything I showed them “ oh no I can’t do that” this was with every design I showed them! Finally we get to the point of where the design ( not of my choice ) The woman who was painting “at” my toes did a horrible job and I had to ask her 3 times to fix the crappy job she had done. I had a horrible experience... The day that I got my nails done which was Saturday, 5 days ago. I came in and asked for a complete new full set with gel paint. Well the guy argued with me for like 5 minutes and said no you need to leave your nails on they still look good, we will just fill them in and paint them. but I wanted them changed , instead he wanted to keep my old nails on. so that was fine.
