I could go on and on about how much I love working with Dustin. I’ve worked with him for over 2 years now. First of all, he’s FAST. As someone who doesn’t have the time to sit for hours, I’m in and out in about 60 minutes. Even with speed, his manicures are spectacular. They last me at least a month each time. The end result of the pedicure was good but the process wasn't great. I arrived early as requested around 12:50 for my 1 pm appointment. My nail technician was running late and picked me up around 1:15-1:20 pm. When she picked me up she was very kind, apologized for the lateness and offered me some water. At no time while I was waiting did the receptionist acknowledge the time or offer me water. My pedicure lasted about 60 minutes but had no massage. Dustin is extremely talented and reception are always super nice BUT this salon’s policies and obsession with fees are probably why I hardly ever see other people here getting their nails done. I tried to book with Dustin but he works both locations. This was not made clear to me via a confirmation email, text or while booking. I think it’s offensive to charge more than half of the service price ($64) when the appointment was made same-day. I want to share my first time experience I had here last week. My nail tech Gabby did a beautiful job on my nails and I was honestly excited about the idea of coming back to see her again. Unfortunately, the overall experience with pricing, communication, and management made that difficult. When I first tried to book online, I attempted to apply a $100 gift card and my card for the remaining balance.
