I think Cutco knives are unbelievably awesome and I use them every single day and I have since 1984. The manager Racheal Reyes at the bee Cave Austin store was exceptional with customer service. She went out of her way to help me and a cleanup, my shears and scissors that I brought in and also suggest a few new items. You’ll never find better customer service and from Cutco and Racheal will treat you like family from the minute, you walk in the door. Highly recommended.

I brought in three knives to be sharpened: a Japanese chef’s knife, a German chef’s knife, and a paring knife, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how they turned out. The main issue is that both the Japanese and German knives were sharpened to the same 15° angle. These knives aren’t meant to be treated the same. The Japanese knife should be a bit thinner, while the German one usually needs a wider angle to hold up better. Once again Cutco has exceeded expectations in Customer Service. My 15 years old chopping boards have been replaced with brand new. The Forever Guarantee is alive and kicking. Outstanding service as always.

We have a set of these knives and we love them. The knifes' warranty and sharpening services are great. Something breaks, they'll fix or completely replace it with a new one. You just go online and go through the process of sevice request and the rest is history, very quick and easy. Plus, made in the USA so they're expensive but the warranty beats the price.I will buy more in the future!
